CELTIC are set to make a £4 million swoop for Leicester and Northern Ireland defender Gerry Taggart.
Parkhead coach Jon Barnes sees the 29-year-old hard man as the missing link in his defence and Taggart has played alongside Celts centre-half Alan Stubbs at Bolton in the past.

Barnes has been having defensive troubles all season and will be without new £4.8 million Brazilian signing Rafael for the next two months.
