I'll be keeping an eye on max during this afternoon's match.

He'll be easy to spot in his bright orange boots.
He's had one touch so far and made a poor pass.

according to SSN Max made a nice little run and hit the crossbar

Gradel has looked the most dangerous player on the pitch, after a slow start.

He hit the post with a deflected shot from distance, had another long distance effort go wide and a shot from a narrow angle straight at the keeper.

Half way through the half he switched to the left and has won several free kicks after getting past the full back.
He likes to roll around after being fouled and that's angered the carlisle players and crowd. He was booed off at half time and his team mates have had words with him after he confronted someone on the Carlisle bench.

Gradel started the second half on the right, which surprised me as he'd done better on the left in the first half. He didn't really get into the game, when he was finally moved to the left with about 10 minutes left he spent most of the time playing as a left back.

He's definitely a good player but wasn't involved in the game enough. Maybe he went missing after the Carlisle defenders started targeting him for some rough treatment.
