The other day,when children,like the Boulger Killers and these ones in Doncaster,are doing what they did should the parents/Guardians being charged as well as the children.I know the Doncaster case is slightly different in that they are fostered but do the Parents/Guardians shoulder some if not most of the responsibilty for the way they have brought up their children ? I get the feeling nowadays that some ten year olds aren't even aware that they are doing wrong when they carry out these actions

As the local authority had taken over responsibility for the parenting should they not also be charged?
 
The Sun had a photo the other day showing these lads real mother going into her house and on the sign on the wall outside it said.................

They did some damage to the 2 kids one of whom almost died according to this mornings Mirror he was that bad he looked like Freddy Krueger and had holes in his head and a gashed throat
