To be honest, I havent been vindictive or abusive, as IMO that will just go against the content of the e-mail and give Tim and excuse not to respond, I have been open and honest with him but in a constructive and respectful manner.

Probably not, as I dont want him to think it is a bit of a set up, I hope to get an open and honest response as regards our current position, if he believes it is a bit of a gimmick on a forum then he may well choose not to respond or be more candid.
