Some blokes we know got treated even worse than that!
We have most of our machinery from Heidleberg(or however it's spelt) and they've announced they are making 5000 redundant worldwide.

Well, one bloke who was supposed to be coming to our place yesterday to work on a machine hadn't even left home when he got a phone call to tell him not to bother, he'd been made redundant, yet his bosses let the lad who was apprenticed to him turn up at our place just after 8am!

How this young lad was supposed to fix this bloody great press when he was only training himself I'll never know, suffice to say, he couldn't.:icon_roll
Then today, the bloke who did come to look at this machine told us his dad was on his way down south somewhere when he got a phone call telling him the callout had been cancelled and he didn't have a job anymore!

It's bloody disgusting how they can treat people like that.
