We usually do well there and I've been to the last 2 or 3 that we've played there including Knockaert's fabulous double and our Last game of the season promotion celebrations.
I can't go there this time as I'm on holiday, but we need to win this or those on here calling for Shakespeare's head (isn't that the name of a pub?) will have more fuel for the fire.

I haven't seen anyone call for Shakespeare's head.

They looked complete and utter shite last night against an equally shite Wet Spam

I hope we try and play like we are the better team for once.

I only watched the first half - couldn't face another 45 minutes - H'field were dreadful and can't remember a single attempt on goal.
Now that Carrol's back, I see WH have reverted to a 'flying wedge' American football tactic at set pieces - a couple of defender thugs standing in front of Carrol and then they barge defenders out the way so he can have a run in at the cross - shouldn't be allowed.

We need at least a point. 3 would be better.

I'd like to see some new signings play a part - purely because I wan't to be able to see what we've splashed the cash on. Which is a weird thing to say as I've just remembered that I'll not be able to watch anyway!

Schmeichel

Simpson Maguire Morgan Fuchs

Gray Iborra Silva* Albrighton

Vardy Iheanacho

*Ndidi if we aren't able to release and then sign Silva on a free transfer in time.

Crackers to drop Shinji.

I agree that it would be harsh. But it would also be crackers to not see what our new £25m signing is capable of, and even more crackers to drop Vardy.

Crackers to drop Shinji.

Shinji is good for our normal game of quick closing down, breaking up the play when we're counter attacking, when we don't have much possession etc.

But against teams like Huddersfield who will set up more to counter our strengths than the likes of Chelsea, Man Utd etc would, then I think we have to expect to have more of the ball and use players who can push forwards more and offer more attacking threat.

I'd go for Kelechi, but if he's not ready be tempted to stick with Slimani so we've got the option of pace in behind or strength in the air if they try to sit deep.

Apparently CS wants Iborra to get another U23 game under his belt.

Iborra may need more under-23 football before making his first-team City debut, but the former Sevilla skipper is making good progress.
