Surely the lesson to be learnt from this is; Learn from your mistakes.

Thick bastards :icon_roll, you would have thought the first time they made this mistake they might at least dissect it and come up with a sensible answer as to why it happened so it didn't happen again.

My solution would be to not let these people travel unsecured. But I'm not in a position power for a reason, and I guess they know better than me.
