Tell the players that they are fighting for their place in the team, that there are going to be big changes in January and most are going to be dropped or offloaded if they don't improve, and this starts on Tuesday.

If they aren't worried about their future at the club it's time to make them realise that most of them won't play for a club as big as Leicester ever again. They are priviliged to be in this position and the only reason they are is because we have no money.

Quick passes on the floor, lots of runs off the ball. Everyone must run their socks off for the whole match or they will be bollocked on Wedndesday and dropped, regardless of status, age, or fans favourites.

It's time for a 'no more mr nice guy' approach from Kelly. He and half the squad's jobs are in jeapordy and they have to grab this opportunity by the scruff of the neck and start playing with passion and bravery, taking risks and gambles!
