Inter Game now back on

The BBC are reporting that their tour is back on and they will be flying out on Sunday in time for Monday's game with the Foxes!

Nothing on the OS as yet! Maybe we would be better off getting damages now, as I don't know how many fans will turn up after all of the confusion?

It's Boston United and their fans that I feel sorry for. First we were supposed to be playing them today, then it was postponed to next week, then it was re-arranged to tomorrow. Presumably if Inter are going to come, we will want to postpone it again. If I were Boston, I would tell us to go forth and do the other thing.

Same applies to our travelling fans.

Inter have caused havoc even though they have eventually taken the right decision. It is now confirmed on th OS.

I do feel sorry for Boston, whilst we cannot be held responsible for the dithering and fannying about by Inter, we could have been a little more responsible in our management of the situation. We have been justifiably upset by the antics of Inter Milan and we have stated that as a club we could ill afford to lose out on such a prestigious freindly at such short notice, but then lo and behold we do the same to Boston.
