Football Manager 2010 has just been released to rave reviews. £6.99 with over 20,000 players and 34 leagues in 11 countries. Could be well worth it.

Would be interested to know if this is actually any good.

There's a wide range of reviews on itunes (as expected) so don't want to rush into coughing up 7 quid.

same here, especially since I coughed up for CM but didn't particularly get into it

I've not heard a particularly bad review about it. A couple of minor issues (mostly due to the iphone's touchscreen), and the lack of youth teams are the biggest gripes I've heard.

The Backgammon NJ app is also an excellent way to spend travelling time... if you enjoy Backgammon!
