Absolutely correct. I do wonder if Kante's best years are behind him, though.

He's starting to pick up knocks and has been played in awkward positions for a while.

He's only 28, but there is a lot of wear on those tyres.

Could be nonsense, and he actually should be coming into his prime that age. But his style of play, the number of games he has played, and the nature of his current rash of injuries are a little bit of a red flag.

I think he's a bit different to Kante. Kante seemed always to be where he needed to be; Ndidi just gets there quickly. Just wait until his twin joins him.
