I bought Blogged.it from Eurodns, they seem to be pretty good and competitively priced for .it domains (not for .co.uk or .coms though).
Wherever you buy one from you'll have to go through the Italian bureaucratic process, which involves filling in forms, signing them and faxing them, unless they've changed their system recently.
