As usual Homer is right - there are some men who like nattering about soap operas, medical matters and Poldark .
BM reacts to the word "snowflake". I would point out that HTB did not accuse him by name.
My favourite response was that of JB500 who has some women he wants me to meet. Well everybody has to earn a living one way or another.
Robin127 was wise enough not to take the post seriously. However, I would deny sarcasm and claim the post was mischievous.

Above all thank you to M17 who came gallantly to my defence. There was no need. The paragraph was written with tongue firmly in cheek and I am delighted with the response.

Just had a quick read. DG mentioned Bettany Hughes so he wins everything. I just hope that when he imagines the clambering she's wearing that flowy, see-through shift type thing she walked along the beach in.

I have a degree in archaeology & classical history. Part of my subconscious suspects the rest of me of only doing the course because it might have helped me meet her. It may have a point. Sadly it didn't work. I had to make do with Dr Alice Roberts in a pub in Bristol.
