##### is incorrect in giving these odds as e/w. They mean 1/5 odds for a place.
An each-way bet is in fact two bets. The same stake is placed on a win and on a place. So, for a £1 e/w bet the punter stakes £2. If the selection wins, the punter receives the odds on the win bet and 1/5 the win odds on the place bet + return of both stakes. If the selection is placed, the punter just receives the 1/5 of the win odds on the place bet + the return of his place stake - the win stake is lost.
It is totally impractical to set up an e/w bet on vbookie, because of the two possible winning outcomes. You could however offer odds on the place; vpunters could then cobble their own e/w bets.

If someone did ask for e/w this is what I would do. :icon_wink

Feck. When I saw the odds for Alonso I thought it was great value and decided to check first before putting my vcash on, in case he was starting from the back of the grid. But I forgot to do it.
