I watch this all the time when I'm in Japan, but I haven't got a bloody clue what's going on so I dunno

The Japanese have got some ace arcade games, when I was there they had a game where there was a plastic knife and fish and you had to 'cut' the fish in the right place to match to the piece of sushi shown on the screen.
