He appears to be another manager who either hasn't got a clue, or he's deliberately telling lies to make his 'achievements' with Leeds look better.

In the run up to tomorrow's match he said this:

"They (Leicester) came down and apart from (Muzzy) Izzet, (Marcus) Bent and (Paul) Dickov have kept their Premiership squad."



Presumably he conveniently 'forgot' that we also got rid of Les Ferdinand,
Callum Davidson, Danny Coyne, Frank Sinclair, Alan Rogers,
Riccardo Scimeca, Ben Thatcher, Steve Guppy, Billy McKinlay, Paul Brooker and Craig Hignett, who all played for Leicester in the Premiership last year.

So rather than the three players he said we got rid of, it's actually 14 players.

I'm particularly surprised that he 'forgot' we got rid of Hignett and Guppy, because Blackwell signed them for Leeds in the summer.

He is giving himself an excuse when we beat them on Sunday by highlighting how he has had to give sixty odd debuts to players and changed the entire squad about four times this season.
When in fact, we have had just as many changes, signed about 50 players in the last 3 to 4 seasons.
I hate it when managers are always looking for excuses. If you lose you lose, take it like a man.
