I am beginning to lose confidence in Pressman. Following his slip which allowed Preston keeper Andy Lonergan to score with a kick from his own penalty area, closely followed by Jon Otsemobor's hopeful shot which sneaked under his body to give Crewe a 2-2 draw. Once again he let the side down with a half hearted effort to grab Stephen Caldwell's close range header, letting another 3 points pass us by when we were at least worth a draw.

Pressman is obviously past his best now and I reckon with what looks like a long term injury to Walker, the first priority for the new manager is to get in a more reliable keeper. Todays clanger was schoolboy stuff and he nearly let another harmless looking shot slip just before the goal.
Sorry Kevin but I think the writing is now on the wall. On a more positive note we do look a better side now the new manager has the reigns, but the keeper.......bye bye.

I agree, Pressers is very weak on crosses and his catching of a ball when its on the grond is awfull, He always goes down with his hands first and none of his body behind the ball!

I am thinking a couple of possible candidates could be:
Jugen Macho or Mark Bosnich!

.... is a liability. :? :?

... got to all the balti pies before half time in the Kop, before i could get to them!!!

After seeing his 'save' on Sky earlier maybe Muzzy might come back and solve our goalkeeping problem.

Pressman is ideal as cover, to play the odd game here and there, he is an excellent shot stopper, but it is the bread and butter element of goalkeeping that Pressman appears to have weaknesses, he doesnt command the area, he is weak on crosses and is prone to lapses in concentration.

He has proved that over a prolonged run of matches that he makes to many fatal errors to be considered as a regular, although he should be kept as reserve keeper, as I do think he is adequate cover for one offs.

I'm worried about Muz...saw him in Olives (bar on queens road) about a week ago, and he has been seen around Leicester since then...get the feeling he isn't 100% happy at brum. But who would be, they talk funny

"Although Kevin made a couple of good saves, it's something I am going to be looking at this week." - Craig Levein on potentially replacing the pie man.

If you love Leicester Muz, and you go to more of our games than the brum...COME HOME, i'm tired of mourning for my heros. You will always be welcome...besides, what does the money matter to you when you aren't happy...

We miss you Muzzy

He was playing well last night until his sending off, made me realise what we are missing :(

I watched the Brum vs Everton game - felt like a closet Brum fan wanting the old boys, Muz, Heskey and Sav to do well. It's strange as I did not feel the same for Marcus Bent. It's funny the feeling you get about certain players when they leave, I suppose it's about their loyalty. Muzzy would take this division by storm.

Bring back Russel Hoult - He'd do instead of Pieman.

Russel Hoult is not going to leave Baggies for us!!

Wasn't at the game but just watched the Sunderland goal about 10 times thanks to my Sky+ box. Although Presstud wasn't too impressive, there wasn't a Leicester defender within a country mile of the two Sunderland players who challenged for the ball with him. I'd be asking questions about our defence, not picking on the goalie....

muz lives in leicestershire and the town where he lives isn't really brimming with entertainment (from what i have heard) so if he wants to go out and enjoy himself he wil be in the city centre area. would be nice to have him back tho.
