if anyone is interested they are re opening the case about her death as it's come to light that the deckhand wasn't driving as claimed and that the boats owner, a very wealthy mexican bloke may have been responsible for cutting her in half with the propellor.
incidentally the deckhand was jailed, but freed when he paid a fine of £60.
it'd be nice to see some justice.

It was a tragedy when Kirsty died. I never really liked the music but she seemed a lovely woman. R.I.P.

I watched a programme about Kirsty's death on the TV last night.Disgraceful miscarriage of justice,massive cover up because the man responsible is one of Mexico's weathiest and influential buisnesmen and the Mexican goverment won't touch him....

Last night's programme was originally shown around 6 months ago. I don't think there's anything more happened to bring the killer to justice since then.
