I have deleted the software from my computer but still log in on the website,But it is no longer showing the songs that I am playing. I guess I need the software back

Yes, thats what does the scrobbling, (reporting) that is what also recommends radio stations based on your listening habits

can anybody else see any charts for me?

when I log in it's telling me it's scrobbled 124 tracks but I can't see any charts at all.

When I look at everybody else I can see charts for them, even the lads that have only just signed up

I reckon it's down to the winamp plug-in.
I've been using it on my work PC where I don't have full admin access which has meant that I have to re-download the plug-in everytime I use it.
Every problem to do with charts that I could see in the support forum seemed to be down to the plug-in , apart from some system issues that they'd had.
So I reckon that must be it, won't know for sure till I run it on my own PC a few times.
