The problem is with the official site, there's nothing I can do about it if their data is rubbish.

I'm still getting a feed about the muslims celebrating the festival of Eid and some paedo father on one of the feed lists, not sure which one though, I'll try to catch it next time.

Their rss feeds are becoming increasingly unreliable, often the links will just go to the home page or an error page.

Despite the odd characters, you can quite easily read what it says.

I think I'm right in saying, you just need to edit this line in the page template:

<meta http-equiv="Content-Type" content="text/html; charset=ISO-8859-1" />

to use UTF-8 charset instead of ISO-8859-1
