I don't think it's at all worrying. It's a bit boring :smt015 , but so what if we're not being linked with every up-and-coming young player on Football Manager? Being linked by some clueless hack who's trying to fill column inches, and actually signing real players in the real world, are two very different things.

Now, if we've not signed the expected one or two more players by the start of August, and our team has one or two injuries or suspensions (Tiatto!) then I'll maybe be a tad concerned. But I'm only going to start worrying when we've lost a few with no options to change it. Until then I think we'll be all right.

Remember, even MON signed players on the eve of the first game (Keller is one example) and it didn't turn out too bad, did it?

Prepare for a season of transition. IMO we are not going up. But we will finish the season in a far better shape than last. In a years time maybe, depending of course if the fickle brigade get CL the sack.
