Foxes boss Nigel Pearson is parading "two first teams" in their friendly double-header tomorrow at Loughborough Dynamo at noon followed by a clash at Tamworth at 3.00pm.

All the new signings, apart from the latest, Richie Wellens, who is a week behind in City's training schedule, will be on display over the two games and Pearson said: "There will be two first teams and basically these games are training sessions at this stage in the build-up, to give the players some on-field action.

"In fact, some players will play a part in both games."

For the Loughborough clash, new faces Dany N'Guessan and Astrit Ajdarevic head up a squad including Joe Mattock, Wayne Brown, Max Gradel, Nicky Adams and Paul Dickov.

For Tamworth, Chris Weale and Robbie Neilson will be unveiled alongside Michael Morrison, Jack Hobbs, Bruno Berner, Andy King, Matt Oakley, Lloyd Dyer and Steve Howard.

Aleksandar Tunchev and Matty Fryatt are not in action but they, along with Wellens, will be leaving on Sunday with the rest of the squad for an intensive training week in Slovenia.

Hot-footing between venues will be Craig King, Billy Kee, Tom Parkes, Cian Boulger and Jorrin John who are in both squads.

Squad for Loughborough Dynamo (12 noon) Logan, O'Neill, Mattock, Brown, N'Guessan, Gradel, Verma, Adams, Ajdarevic, Dickov, C King, Kee, Parkes, Boulger, Ambrusics, John.

Squad for Tamworth (3.00) Weale, Pentney Neilson, Morrison, Hobbs, Berner, Oakley, A King, Burns, Dyer, Howard, Chambers, C King, Kee, Parkes, Boulger, John.

What about Weslowski

Gonna take a stab in the dark and say that Sicknote is injured... He got injured playing for Dundee United last season.

If Logan plays tomorrow then I am sure we will be bringing in a keeper before the season - maybe one of the loanees MM was tallking about. It seems highly unlikely that NP would consider Logan adequate backup for the Championship but not adequate backup in League 1

Why did they say he's going to Slovenia if he's about to be sold?

Just because someone's not in the squad doesn't mean there's a hidden meaning. He may be about to be sold, he may not, but there's no point jumping to conclusions based on one squad announcement.

But you would think if there was a genuine or legitimate reason for his omission (injury or illness) then they would at least state that.

Only for the fact that they should know if they don't everyone will get in a tiz on the forums.

Maybe the person who wrote the story on the OS was just given a squad list and wasn't told the reason. They might not realise people will make up a reason if none is given.

They clearly don't know Leicester fans. Even if they said he was injured half on here would see that as "convenient".

The people working at the club may not see what they do as anything other than a normal job, so they may not have a clue how fans will react to anything, and if they do know they might not care.

Or Blanderson is proving he can be just as inept at the City as he could be at the Mercury, more so maybe.
