Just got back! i stink but what great weekend, highlight fot mr bring interpol followed swiftly by kings of leon:038:

now im going bed
 
That's quick mate, last year I didn't get back til 7PM from Reading!!

I must admit I was almost in tears watching it on TV and not being there! Glad you had a good 'un mate! :038:
 
Saw highlights of the 2 festivals.

Kings of Leon, Smashing Pumpkins, Nine Inch Nails & Arcade Fire all looked superb.

left at 9 this morning, queue in the car park for an hour and a half, even had time to stop for a much needed coffee at the services

It was indeed a cracker - very sunny, very hot and very good fun.
Highlights for me was the inpromptu Kaiser Cheifs set at 12.30pm in the carling tent under the name Hooks for Hands, Arcade fire were outstanding, going on someones shoulders during interpol, the Duracell tent and then DJHing in Orange Camping and being dennis the menace.
 
funniest story i've heard-my mate who went said a girl standing in front of him just squatted down during the middle of razorlight and did a shit!

kaisers suck but the duracell tent was ace:119:
 
It was a decent festival other than the fact me and the missus got robbed, while we were in the tent. Some bugger got in took us cash and then zipped the tent back up, a courteous thief.

I think me fave bands were Eagles of Death Metal whose set was very enjoyable, Kings of Leon were good and !!! were ace in the dance tent.

P.S you can see me indulging in a circle pit to Municipal Waste in me city shirt, check youtube out!

They got a hundred quid between us. I just couldn't fathom how they had got in without either of us waking up, i hadn't even had a heavy sesh that day! First we knew of it was some security guy knocking on the tent asking whether i was C.A.Gayton, then handing the discarded wallets back!

I stayed for about ten mins of the Red Hot Chillis and it was as boring as hell, completely passionless performance.

they tried to rob my mates tent, and were spotted by the people camped next to us who parently gave them a bit of a grief and took phots of the cnuts for the security to have alook at fat lot of good that will do!

my mate was in the tent as well passed out and didnt know about it til he got woken up
 
i never take anything of value and i happen to have something with me that i dont take to the stages, like my ipod, i stick it under the tent in a bag

plus we always camp in a big group around a fire and there's usually someone about
