I think I've retired now from Leeds. Still suffering from last time.

It being in Leeds is enough to put most people off,pisshole of a place and hardly friendly locals

Went last year and felt about 10 years too old and nowhere near emo enough.

Gone are the days of hard rock or metal being dominant at the twin festivals, need to go Donnington now for that. They are also way too expensive for me atm

Too many 'festivals' imo,everywhere has them nowadays.That said I'm not at all keen on the Outdoor Gig thing,for me live music is best heard at night in a venue

Agreed, the atmosphere at the festivals (leeds and reading) used to be great and quite friendly, now it's just about trashing the venue it seems. The sound quality is generally pretty shite so losing the one good thing has ruined them for me.

REally poor line up this year. KoL the only ones I'd really want to see, maybe placebo and funeral for a friend.

Yeah they would be better in a tent, if they are on the main stage it'll be shite. Not as shite as Maximo Park though.
