Left Back and Striker

I'm told that things are happening and will be resolved (in at least one of these positions) most likely today. It is most likely that the LB will be with us before the Inter clash and we are working on aquiring a striker (which shouldn't be too long.)

I would not ordinarily post Info of this type but there are no names so I figured it would be okay. Also we all knew that a LB and striker were on their way. I only post this to give an idea of time scale!

I have no idea who it is. All I am told is that it is most likely that it will happen today. I don't know about the timescale on the striker. Just that it is something that is currently been worked on!

I think we all know its Gilbert, the strikers name is more of a mystery (it has certainly taken a long time to sort out...Lovell fiasco seems ages ago!)

So you are excited by the imminent signings Silver, rather than because you know who they are (although we do expect Gilbert to be left back)?

Macarone, Christie, Pongolle (doubt it) have been mentioned up front, but nobody appears too sure regarding the striker link.

Looks like the squad could be together by the end of this week which is exciting (shame Weso won't be part of it though).
