Adding bets is like adding a poll, you create the thread, and then add the options.

So to stop people moaning about there being nothing to bet on I usually start it with the first three options, then edit it to add the rest a few at a time. It's usually 5-10 minutes later when everything's finished.

It's an alternative spelling of predjudicial. I thought I would be kind to those people who print all the messages out, using the shorter version and thereby saving them ink.
