Assuming that the starting line up is as MA says above, i.e. the same team as started at Newcastle, we still have the following bench:

Ward, Amartey, Thomas, Soyuncu, Ricardo, Mendy, Perez, Under, Iheanacho

And that still doesn't include Morgan, Fuchs, Choudhury and Gray

Our competition for places is starting to look very good.

next four games are massive in terms of where we can expect to be this season:

Southampton - would go equal on points if they beat us

Chelsea - an obvious competitor for top 4

Brentford - a big opportunity to make a real FA Cup run

Everton - currently equal on points

Whatever we do against Southampton we need to play ultra competitive and physical. They've got too much pace not to get on to them early.

For me id play this - with Pereira, Albrighton, Perez being first dibs for subs.

So, 11 days between games now that the Shrewsbury match has been postponed / cancelled... Are we to assume Romeu, Adams and Redmond will be fit to play by 16th? Too soon for Vestergaad? Wonder if Gray will be 'rested' for them....? Fancy our chances in this one.

Found a forum here, they seem very anxious about it similarly to us. Southampton seem to have worse luck than us with injuries at the moment including the Ings positive covid test.
