Well that’s interesting. Against his old club.

Hamza on the left side of the back 3, unless Ricardo is switching sides.

An entirely new defensive unit from Wednesday.

Leicester are unbeaten in their last six league games against Stoke (W2 D4) since losing 1-0 at the King Power in January 2015.

This is the first Championship meeting between Leicester and Stoke since the final day of the 2007-08 season, a goalless draw that saw the Foxes relegated to League One while the Potters won promotion.

Leicester have won both previous league meetings against a team managed by Alex Neil, beating his Norwich side home (1-0) and away (2-1) in the Premier League in their 2015-16 title-winning season.

Stoke won their last away league game, beating Bristol City 3-2; the Potters only won back-to-back away league games once last season, doing so in February/March against Swansea (3-1) and Sunderland (5-1).

Leicester have won eight of their last nine league games played on a Saturday or Sunday (L1), after having had a run of eight such games without a victory between February and April (D1 L7).

Imagine yourself couple of months ago, if someone said that were going to play a back three and the two uncontroversial selections would be Vestergaard and Choudhury.

Expect a lot of long balls over the top from Stoke. Lack of pace is a worry.

Sunderland being tonked 3-0 at home is a nice start to the afternoon....

BN's post match comments are in already:

KDH was rubbish

We're still a bit crap

It was really boring

Something about a system in funny phonetic spelling

Nacho can't play this system but he's the best striker we've ever, ever had.

We were shit. Stoke were shit. All football is shit.

Right back at ya.

"That useless twat Nacho should have waved at me when he was substituted after scoring his hat trick. He should never play for us again."

Interesting selection! Glad to see Souttar brought back into the fold though, even if it is in a heavily rotated side.

Hope we get in front early. Suspect we'll look to get Ricardo off as soon as we look comfortable.
