The highest number that vBookie recognises is 65535 - presumably something to do with it being 2^16-1

Fart with a little but not to much stink.
11-25
Mediocre stench to some rank stink.
26-50
Some nasty sink to stench so bad you literally vomit.
51-79
Past vomiting but stinks worse to Robin Hood colon exam stench.
80-100
Theoretical stink, stench this bad is yet to have been discovered outside of Nottingham or at least no one has lived to tell of it.
