Craig has taken a great deal of criticism in recent times, myself included, it has largely due to the insistence on implementing negative team selections and tactics, and too often watching points disappear down the plug hole when if we had taken the initiative the game and the 3 points were there for the taking.

Now yesterday, CL was brave he went for it from the first to the last minute, he removed the defensive shackles from many of the players, and what did we see, IMO the most exciting, pulsating football seen at the Walkers for a long time. The players were really up for it and we proved we are more than a match for anybody but only when we play to our strengths. Craig you deserve a lot of credit for yesterday and although it is only one game, it has shown us what this team is capable of. Now please Craig from now to the end of the season please persevere with these tactics, I know we wont win every match, we will lose some, we wont score 4 every week either but what we will do is give ourselves the opportunity to win more than we lose, we will create chances and ok we missed some yesterday but is it no coincidence that once we started playing attacking football Hume and Hammond both netted and actually looked the quality that there price tags suggest.

Also this football will bring the crowds back, it was entertaining and most importantly every player gave it 110%, and let me tell you, that Leicester fans if they see players giving there all will reciprocate with the kind of atmosphere seen yesterday. Thank you Craig, this performance has breathed life back into the club, it enlighted the Walkers and rejeuvenated a crowd that had become as stale as the football.

There will still be poor performances and results along the way but playing in the same manner as we did yesterday with the passion and commitment and the desire to try and win the game will mean you will get the full backing of the crowd. Yesterday was real progress, now lets keep building in that vein.

And so say all of us!

I would point out thought that CL has been saying this all along. yesterday must have given him some pride.

Agree with all of that, especially about the atmosphere. I went to the Southampton game the other week and it was the first time I'd been to the Walkers in a while, was very surprised by how quiet it was even in the Kop. Yesterday was so much better, like going back to the promotion season where there was good atmosphere week in week out. The team needs to lift the crowd sometimes but the reverse is also true, yesterday both did their part and we had an excellent win!

In some ways there was less pressure on this game because we thought that we would probaly lose. They have to do this against the lesser lights for us to make real progress.

I think we have always been a 'big' game team.
