Very weird, I've never heard of a player going on trial before a loan. I would have thought that suggested he could be going there permanently, although according to that article Levi seems to be fairly highly rated here, if he was recommended by Rab, and Levein has said Porter is a player just on the fringe of the first team squad.

Hopefully he will do for them and come back and push for a first team spot. Isn't he a right winger? They said left in that article.
