Head-to-head

Liverpool have won the past three league meetings and nine of the last 13, drawing two and losing two.
Leicester have lost six of their last seven Premier League away games at Anfield, drawing one.

Liverpool

Liverpool are unbeaten in 32 Premier League home games, winning 23 and drawing nine.
The Reds will attempt to win eight consecutive league matches at Anfield for the first time since March 2010 under Rafa Benitez.
They have kept a Premier League-high 13 clean sheets this season.
Liverpool have lost 11 of their 28 matches in all competitions played in January under Jurgen Klopp (W10, D7).
Mohamed Salah is two short of becoming the eighth player to score 50 Premier League goals for Liverpool.
The current fastest player to reach that landmark is Fernando Torres in 72 appearances - Salah has scored his 48 goals in 59 matches.

Leicester City

Leicester have lost four of their last five matches in all competitions.
The Foxes could lose three consecutive Premier League games for the first time under Claude Puel.
They have scored in 11 of their 12 Premier League away matches this campaign.
Only Andrew Cole and Thierry Henry, with 11 and eight goals respectively, have scored more Premier League goals against Liverpool than Jamie Vardy's seven.
Vardy has scored in each of his last five Premier League appearances against the Reds.

Getting on for 2 years since they last lost at home in the league I believe.

Nailed on away victory.

I've been getting all misty eyed thanks to the talk about the 1981 match earlier in the thread. They hadn't lost at home in 3 years back then. In any competition. & we were in the worst form imaginable. I got all hopeful.

But realistically we're going to get raped.

Thanks to Man City managing to hilariously lose at Newcastle earlier Liverpool will probably win the league,so I'm now morbidly depressed. I really don't want to live in a world where insufferable scouse wankers can celebrate winning the PL. The fact that they've never won it is one of the best things about it.

I was in a work meeting today with a load of Liverpool and Spurs fans. At the most inoppurtune time possible I asked “hands up who’s team has won the premier league”.

Was great.

Come on city. Let’s have the scousers shitting themselves.

Pickled Onion, front and centre. In these uncertain times it’s good to see a familiar sight.

Tommy Wright brings it to your house afterwards.
I’ll have starved half to death by the time he gets here from Aberdeen.

We’ll either sneak a win or get battered 5-0. I can’t decide.

I'm considering watching down the pub but seeing as this country is littered with spineless, glory grabbing ****s I'm not so sure.

****ing uninteresting, watered down ****s

So, you're not convinced then?

I think it's got away win written aall owa it. £250 in my pocket if I'm correct. Don't let me down Puel lad.

We'll be lucky to escape with only conceding five

It's going to be horrific

We are going to get ****ing hammered.

Tielmans will be thinking he's made the wrong choice!
