This may be a very short thread, but I wondered if anyone else on here followed college basketball in the US? I assume there may be only our US based Foxes who do, but I love March Madness and thought I'd start a thread about it in case anyone else does.

Does anybody else on here fill in a bracket?

I can't really get into basketball but where I live it's the number one sport, above American Football. It's blue and white here all the year round.

And big expectations in your state this year too. I must admit, I've got UK winning it all in my bracket.

Love basketball. Big Leicester Riders supporter. Have heard of March madness but not really aware of it. Doesn't get much coverage over here

It is huge over here, one of the sporting events of the year. I can only go by where I live (no NBA team anywhere near) but college basketball is bigger than the professional game in Kentucky. It does help that the University of Kentucky is one of the powerhouses of the college game. If you want to follow it try this link, I don't know if it will work in the UK though.

As I mentioned, I'm not too interested and a comedian over here once said of basketball "Why don't they just give both team 80 points and play the last 30 seconds?"....that just about sums it up for me.

There's a lot of coverage on ESPN, which is under the BT Sport package. March Madness is basically the nickname given to the NCAA tournament, which decides the national champion. It's a great format and is always full of tension.

I find it way more interesting to watch than the NBA, mostly due to the fact that in the NBA the regular season is over 80 games long, lessening the importance of each game.

I follow UofA Wildcats a bit , been to a couple of games when i'm in Tucson.

They're looking good this season, although being in Kentucky's section is a tough draw but I think they could give them problems.

Good win over Ohio for the Wildcats, my sister in law said they played horribly first half though.

That's the second Ohio school they've played in a row (Ohio State, then Xavier). Big test now with Wisconsin, but it should be a good game.

Kentucky looked brilliant last night though, they're still the team to beat.
