On the back of todays leicester mercury. I'm pleased for the lad, it will give him some good experience even if he doesn't play. However if he does play, hopefully he won't impress too much, as i think he could be a key player next season, so we don't want to lose him!

thats great news. The lad has done well with the support he has had at the back.

Hopefully the signing of a half decent central defender this summer may help him even more next season.

Well deserved IMO, looks a very good player and more importantly is a leader on the pitch, if we can be successful hopefully he will stay a long time and looks like he has the makings of a future captain, will be a key player for us next season.

hopefully he can gain alot from the call up. in my opinion he could be one of the best players we've had in recent years, if he can cool his temper a bit or at least channel it. if he could make sure he made tough challenges when he needs to do so and is able to get the ball it would be excellent, his temper is the one fear i've got with his all round game. but in the same way gerry and walshie were never partial to their chill pills.

I watched it yesterday, he came on for the final 20 minutes and did ok, it must have been quite daunting for him as he was up against Henrik Larsson and was playing at centreback alongside Roy Keane.

Sylla and Douglas both played part of the match for Celtic and Sylla looked fairly handy, i don't know whats happening there, does anyone?

during celtic's victorious cup final match on sunday they kept saying douglas is "set to sign for levein's leicester". i'm not sure about whether we are getting Momo though, he's a hard one to judge, not a very good player but can run with the ball, which at this level will probably make him look like Ronaldinho

MON was prepared to let him go (unlike Douglas he has a year left on his contract), but who knows what Strachan thinks and when will he be in a position to make a decision?
