A trigger happy chairman, and a less than enthusiastic reception from the city faithful.

How long do you give him?

Id say around 3ft of rope around his neck, with the 4ft high rickety stool he was standing on ready to collapse. Metaphorically speaking of course.

Great, another poll.

I think he'll always be there, MM won't ever allow him to leave. Ever.

I'll have a euro on it:icon_lol:

Got to be worth a punt BB.
I reckon he'll put him back in his box after every match & keep him in a cupboard under the stairs, leaving Taggs to get on with training the lads.

It's all starting to make sense now.

Which Megson turns up here the W.B.A. one or the Forest one????

apologies to freddie Mercury

I give him til the end of the year, then he will be axed.. infact I'd put money on it. What an utterly crap appointment =/

I think Mandaric has finally got his man, with Taggs alongside, I can see Megson taking us up, whether he has the ability or high enough profile for MM to manage the club in the premiership remains to be seen.

I think this appointment will last and I think Megson will last at least 2 seasons and possibly even see out the length of his contract.

Megson to be under pressure from the start,

Taggart to replace him by next summer at the very latest. Taggart as popular appointment will be Milan's PR move to counter the issues raised by sacking Allen and the totally uninspiring Megson appointment.

Next to no chance of promotion this season now - it was always highly unlikely (especially with very mixed signings of this summer) but the instability caused by the latest fun and games will put the lid on it.

We've only played one game without a manager FFS, there is no reason why, 4 games into the season we can't get in the playoffs. To write them off already is ludicrous(sp)

I think he'll be gone by half past three this afternoon

if hes gone by the end of the season it means weve had a shit season.
so ive gone with two seasons, allways the opptomist :icon_wink

Smegson may be a good move. I'll give him a chance.
