I am sure by now you have found these messageboards, or colleagues on your behalf have, as there have been rumours about your activities which have been subjected to censorship by LCFC. Whatever the truth of them it does appear to have brought you to light as the new commercial director of LCFC.
I assume that means you are responsible for maximising the non-football revenues - sponsorship, conference facilities, hospitality packages etc.
You will also be aware that to maximise profits you must provide great products and service at competitive prices.
I am told that our conference and hospitality facilities are amongst the very best in football. Our concourse catering is amongst the very worst. So if you have time please look at it. This is the area that impacts on more fans than any other. I won't describe its faults here. Just pop downstairs on a match day and stroll from the West concourse to the South and see if you can easily buy a cold beer and a hot pie and get the right change and have time for a pee before the second half!

The standard of the food is amongst the worst I have had at a football match. It has got to the point where I will buy my food from one of the stands outside the ground, less time to wait, the food is better and you dont have to repeat your order several times to some dimwit.

To improve the catering inside the ground cannot be rocket science as other clubs manage a much better service.
