...IMO Micky has assembled a decent squad of talented footballers, and we have a very strong squad for this division.
In Gareth Williams we have the best playmaker outside the premiership IMO.
In David Connolly we have one of the best srtikers at this level.
Yet neither has produced anything like what they are capable of and this is due to the negative, mind numbing tactics Adams employs.
This is where Micky fails IMO as he doesnt employ the right tactics for the players at his disposal, there seems a stubborness to change and this is having a detrimental effect on our promotion prospects.
It is time for him to go enough is enough....
