Mills Sacked!!

Gary Mills has been sacked by Notts County, he might be a good option for assisstent manager. He did have some sucess before his episode at county.

Also says on teletext he is already considering a job offer, could almost certainly be the assistent managers job at city. I know it is supposed to be a youth acedemy person from the premier, but has that fallen through as it appears to be taking along time.

I still fail to see why being a an ex leicester player qualifies you to manage or coach over someone who has achieved/won things ?

Not sure what you mean, but as i am aware the board would like someone to help Levein adapt to the Fizzy league more easily. Also when levein leaves a system of promotion from within would be much better, so an up and coming now would be ready in a few years once Levein moves on.

It quotes on teletext that Mills has been offered an unspecified role, still at Notts County which he is currently considering.

I dont think he will be our new Assistant Manager, it has gone rather quiet on this front at present.
