Theo Paphitipopadopalis is standing down as chairman of Millwall at the end of the season to go on the board

having taken them from administration to the FA cup final, the fans are of course having a protest after the leicester game

That could distract the fans who might not chant the right things and no give enough support to the players. It could be on the Players' minds too.
