Two ways to do it:


When you're in a topic you should see some icons near the bottom left of your screen. Click on the arrow that's between the x and the padlock to move the thread.


Or, if you don't want to do it that way, click on the link near the bottom right of the screen that says 'you can moderate this forum'. Then select the thread(s) you want to move, and click on 'move' at the bottom of the list.
