Bloody hell so any potential manager has to take and pass a literacy test before you'll accept them!

This is going to be a tougher task than I first thought. A football manager/ex player who can speak proper. That is the first criteria any club should be considering I suppose.

When I was a kid, one of the biggest treats I had as a small child (3-5) was to go to the local bookshop on a Saturday with my parents once a month and get another installment of Janet and john or jugs monthly or Tip and Mitten.
