Mouse Pointer Frozen - Help

Alright team!

My mouse pointer has frozen on my laptop (it wont move at all when i move the touch pad). I have restarted and booted and it still remains frozen.

Im using the TAB button at the minute, and too be honest its doing my head in.

Can anyone help

Did you not have a mouse you could plug in?

I always use a mouse with my laptop, and at the moment I'm using a proper keyboard too, far easier than trying to use the built in ones.

well its sorted now J!

But i did i borrowed one from next door, however it didnt have the right connection. I took the laptop into a shop and they said it wouldnt install the software for it.

You'll need a USB mouse, your laptop won't have a PS/2 connection.
