New date set for Leicester game
24 September 2007 | 15:58

IPSWICH Town's rearranged Championship game at home to Leicester City will now be played on Tuesday, December 11, with a 7.45pm kick off.

The original date was switched after The Foxes Carling Cup match with Nottingham Forest was called off at half-time due to Clive Clarke's sudden heart illness.

Wonder who'll be manager then....

aftre having a chat with a few players today ,all is not well in the camp carnt say no more or ill be in it up to my neck :icon_conf:icon_conf:icon_conf
Fcuking hell Newts, that has to go down as the most random reply of the year.

How can the club be in such disarray:102:. Leicester a year ago was skint and rudderless under a manager who was out of his depth (Rk). The foxes trust were strutting like they ruled the roost.
The saviour to everyones relief gets his hands on the club. In the nick of time and he wisely brings in NW who manages to keep city up. The nightmare was over:102:, a fresh manager and a summer of new signings would ensure the most eagerly awaited season for a few years. MA steps in and the new recruits coupled with mad dogs fresh enthusiasm and most of us are looking at potentially the play-offs. MM 3 year plan is chucked out the window and its promotion this season. Fantastic, city back in the prem in a years time and then BANG.
The manager is sacked in controversy and replaced by a person who was in just about everyones ' oh no not him list '. The new recruits are either not what we expected or not to be seen. The owner is blaming the fans and wants an audience. The team are playing like they are not fit to wear the shirt.......AGAIN. Outplayed for nearly one and half games against a team struggling in a division below us. Outplayed in London by a team that we need to compete against if we were to have any ambitions.Happy to be taking a point from Plymouth. A manager that demands time, an owner that has his hand on the trigger. What chance have we got? what a feckin shambles. It should be so much better than this. What is MM plan now:102:is he the answer to this on going nightmare? Thirteen new players we have acquired but what have we got:102: i would have settled for 3-4 quality players with additions as time went on.
This as been a terrible anti-climax so far and with the looks of it another false dawn. I'll keep faith with MM for now, but i hope those that have the chance say their bit. MM might have suffered for the last 4 months but we have suffered for about the last 4 years. Far too long for a club of our stature in this league. We deserve better.

I'd be surprised if all WAS well in the camp the way things are going.Still never mind, they can always have a tantrum & put in a transfer request if it gets too much for them.
We on the other hand, are fecking stuck with it :(
