When we got Taylor the consensus was that we'd ended up with the 2nd best option & most people were pretty happy.

Looking back from here it's clear that we were doomed to chaos & misery whatever had happened.

Shows how little we know I suppose.

Anyway...I hope they get ****ing relegated.

Just thinking about this - did people want Redknapp when we got Taylor? I had thought David Moyes was the recommendation of MON and front runner?

Plus MON left in 2000 and Redknapp was still at West Ham until 2001.
