How would that be better than insisting that all rumours are kept to a single thread?

If they were in another forum, some goons would still post them in the Leicester City forum, or post them in there as well because they are from a 'really good source'

Keep 'em in one single thread - works well most of the time

People will still create threads on them in the Leicester Forum either way, we still get them now.

I think it is a good idea as it gets annoying having to go through the whole thread just to see if you have missed any rumours when most of it is just random chit-chat.

Presuming the Rumours Forum would be a sub-forum of the Leicester Forum, maybe there should be a sticky thread titled something along the lines of 'Post all rumours in 'The Rumours Thread' above' to minimise the risk of some new person getting torn to threads because they do not to all of the strict rules immediately.
