I've decided it will probably be best for the club if we keep Rob Kelly and Mike Stowell in charge til the end of the season, then, when we have avoided relegation we will go on and find a replacement before the next season comes around. I'd like it to be Mike Newell, I now think that we should atleast wait until it looks like we're gona be safe before making any drastic changes. Rob Kelly is on a bit of a roll at the moment..

I personally would like to see Newell bought in as manager and keep Rob Kelly on as a coach, but doing so too early could damage a good thing we've got going at the moment. Think about it, if it is guaranteed that we will be in this division next season then it will mean any manager who thinks about joining up with us has less to think about in that respect.. less risk involved in coming here. The only thing that worries me a bit is that when a new manager does come (if it isn't rob kelly given fulltime job) then wouldn't it be likely that they'd want their own coaching staff bought into place? =/

Surely the Board will insist that Kelly stays no matter who takes over. ;)
