Wilkie is certainly big enough for a centre back (6'-4") but has been out for a year with a serious knee injury, so i bet we could get him for peanuts.
I think i would prefer to wait for Webster unless they are asking silly money.

Ive had Scottish relatives staying with me over Christmas and they have been raving about Maybury and DeVries... daylight robbery in thier view.

good good. I think we need someone in midfield now, to give a better edge to the team. Someone like Roy Keane typle of player. Obviously we will not be able to get a player of the same quality. And also Richie Partridge on loan from Liverpool.

I have heard that Maybury is a decent player - then again i think he will be playing right back so he hasnt got to do much to be better than Canero or Makin!!

MDV i have heard as well is another version of Scowcroft but with less ball control. I wouldnt really get your hopes up to high about him my friends.

I think now before he gets anyone else in - he has to get rid of a couple of players, so we'll have to wait and see what happens
