Like a lot of fans I've come to realise I've always had a totally irrational antipathy towards Moyes for no reason whatsoever. When I actually looked closely at his record and achievements I've seen that he will be the ideal manager for us right now.

He'll bite our hand off and probably has already.

It's got Southgate's fingerprints all over it, this one......
I don’t know how you do that without breaking him. He couldn’t pick a Leicester player whilst he was England manager. If he was here and HAD to pick a Leicester player for a team his head might explode. He’d likely field no one and we’d just forfeit every match. Friendly bacteria collecting ****.
 
Knowing us, we have an unknown manager from a Swiss third division team ready to step in.
 
I have just been looking at David Moyes's stats and they are pretty impressive.

In his three spells with Everton and West Ham, he had 780 matches

He won 330 of these matches, a win ratio of 42.3%

He gained a total of 1184 points averaging 1.52 points per game, which is 58 points per season.

If this is not the experience we need, then please can we have Frank Worthington
 
Walshy for me.

This was the wrong appointment from the beginning and the poor sod was on a hiding to nothing.

Dreadful and desperate appointment. I’m not surprised to see him sacked.
