Noise and Confusion

This is my first real chance to comment on the brilliant gig 'Noise and Confusion' at the Millenium Stadium on saturday. It featured The Coral,Razorlight,Foo Fighters and Oasis.
The Coral were good Razorlight Excellent, Foo Fighters great and Oasis amazing. Anyone else go?

The Coral were poor when I saw them in the summer.

I'm not a fan of the Foo's, Oasis or The Coral so I'm glad you enjoyed it but no I didn't go!

I saw Oasis at Knebworth when they were a proper band not some travelling brothers and a couple of no-name strays. They were good in 96 but they've steadily declined and the singles of this year were awful.

I saw The Coral at the old DMU union a few years ago and they were ok, but not really my bag.

I saw Oasis in 94 and they weren't all that special live even then, I thought they'd land on their arses this summer playing such big venues as let's face it Oasis these days are just a tribute band, but somehow they mysteriously still attract huge numbers. Then again Robbie Williams and Take That have just sold a mind boggling amount of tickets so it just shows that pantomime is not dead.

My brother went to that, he said it was a pretty good day out, he reckons Razorlight were one of the better bands on the day.

Oasis were fantastic, absolutely brilliant live. they were on for an hour and a half.I don't think they have declined at all just peoples choice in music is changing.

I would put in order of how good bands were.
1.Oasis
2.Razorlight
3.Foo Fighters
4.Coral

Yeah caught the end of Subways sounded ok, Missed a few of the other smaller bands due to traffic on way to Cardiff.

My mates like them but I hate em, if you like the sound of cat screaming, this is the album for you.
