Notts Forest

So, it seems Forest are now having a respectable season: quarter-final of the League Cup and 13th in the Premier League. Right now, Steve Cooper is doing a good job.

What explains this recovery? Did it just a take a while for their 28 new players to gel as a team?

He’s a top manager. Getting Forest to the Premier League and then managing to be 13th half way through, with all of those players to integrate. He’s up for manager of the season for me.

Would love to have him instead of our fraud.

If you sign half of all the world’s footballers, chances are one or two will be decent

I read that these morons are appealing to the PL to be allowed to have more than 25 players in their squad.

They are actually claiming that they are short of players after signing every useless nobody around.

After worrying me for a while, I'm increasingly convinced that it's going to go to shit for them this season.

Timberrrrrrr

Lingard at £200k a week is the pick of the bunch

All those players and they only have 2 fit CBs.

And one of them is Joe Worrall!

Fans of other clubs have said this a lot about Rodgers the last couple of days

I know, but the situation is very different. Cooper has got them up to the top flight for the first time since the 1990s and results have improved after a bad start. It seems that sticking with him has been the right call.

It will be a nervy end to the season but it seems reasonable to suggest he could keep them up.
